Policies
Because of the size and setup involved, group site bookings go through a request-to-book review before confirmation.
A refundable damage deposit hold covers group cleanup and any site damage.
Cancellation policy
Full refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before arrival.
50% refund for cancellations 7-13 days before arrival.
No refund inside 7 days of arrival.
